  • Instant Verification or Credit Card Payment: If you used one of these methods, and your account has a balance, your transaction is complete.

  • Banking Authorization Holds: If a hold occurs, your bank will likely sort the situation out first, and Stripe will approve your payment when the hold is lifted.

  • Micro-Deposits: This method will require a wait of 1-3 days.

Rest assured, if any issues arise with processing your bank information, either we or Stripe will contact you to help submit or resubmit a payment method. Please look out for an email that resembles the images below or emails from srpe.noreply@santarosape.org, our automated email account.
